Billed = price × units — what the work produces, and what the 15% is measured on. It does not include rent, staff, or overhead, and it is not reduced by product cost. The day is a fixed number of slots, counted in five or ten minutes as you prefer (set in My Day Today). Each appointment takes as many slots as its length needs, and adding one takes those slots from another line. Skincare carries no appointment time, so it sits on top of a full schedule.
